The shades were drawn in the sad, dark room. It was the middle of a beautiful spring day, and although the sun was out, there was no cheer inside the cocoon of despair Monica found herself.

She hadn’t left her room for days. She could only lay on her tear and sweat-soaked bed clutching her pillow. Even getting up to use the bathroom drained her. She had no energy, no fire, and no will to go on.

A crippling depression had sunk its grip deep into Monica’s brain and would not let go. There seemed to be no escape. Even worse, when the depression seemed to lift, paralyzing anxiety struck. The fear gripped her with its icy fingers and caused everything to become a problem. Small things built into huge issues, and everyday tasks were impossible.

Her inability to manage the anxiety depressed her, and in her depression… she hid. A vicious cycle that was stuck on repeat. It was even exacerbated by her doctor’s attempt to treat her symptoms with the psychotropic drugs.

There she lay day after day closed to the world. Closed to her husband and cut off from living life. In the room’s darkness, there was no judgment and no one to see her suffering.

The door would crack open from time to time, and there he would be to check on her.

Monica’s husband, KC.

Offering reassurance, a meal, and an open ear. However, KC’s efforts provided little comfort.

In the black hole that is depression, Monica barely noticed the presence of her husband. Like a small light at the end of a tunnel, he was there, but she could not reach him.

And he could not reach her.

The vortex of swirling emotions continued their hold over Monica. Keeping her down and hidden from the world she loved. The life she loved.

The husband she loved.

KC would stand on the other side of the room. Wondering. Waiting. Hoping and praying. Hoping that something would change, and he would have his wife back, a woman full of love and life.

Her fire had dimmed; something was horribly wrong. This was not the woman he had married; Monica was a shell of her former glory – trapped in mental anguish.

KC Craichy’s marriage to Monica seemed like a fairy tale.

She was a renowned pianist and successful beauty pageant contestant having won Miss Florida and Miss Florida USA. She had lived her on stage, comfortable in front of crowds and cameras.

She loved being around people and traveling the world, doing what she loved. Until recently, Monica’s condition seemed impossible to imagine.

KC knew that he had to do something.

It was time to act.

KC was determined to get his wife back, to pull her from the confines where she found herself. He had a hunch that Monica’s poor diet must have something to do with her desperate state. He made caring for her his sole focus.

Monica’s treatment from her doctors had no effect on her condition, and the antidepressants she was on only further stripped the zeal of her once vibrant personality.

So, KC got to work. KC left his role as CEO of a medical device company and set off on a journey to find the answers that conventional medicine could not provide.

He gathered medical books and archives, studies, and white papers. KC poured over all the information he could find linking nutrition and health. He devoured everything he could find about anxiety and depression. He read hundreds of books and consulted with top experts in clinical nutrition and integrative and alternative medicine.

He set up shop in their kitchen and began to experiment. There he started to combine vitamins and minerals along with organic produce. He created smoothies for Monica that would provide her with all the nutrition she needed.

KC’s hard work and dedication paid off. Slowly but surely Monica began her climb from the pit of despair, returning to the light and life she had formerly known. She defeated an enemy many are never able to overcome (she has not taken any psychotropic drugs for more than 25 years).

She had been set free.

Now that life was starting to resemble normal, Monica wanted her kitchen back. It looked like a mad scientist’s lab, with blenders and supplement bottles strewn everywhere.

KC searched the market for a similar product to the smoothies he created to help his wife overcome her illness.

But, to no avail.

A comparable nutrition-packed meal replacement was not available. KC began working again to create something truly remarkable, unlike anything on the market then or even now.

Nutrition is vital for all parts of the body.

Pages upon pages have been written about the need for proper nutrition and its effects on the body. It’s talked about on TikTok, YouTube, and in the mainstream media. It is not something to be overlooked and can entirely change your life.

Proper nutrition is also a key component of your mental health.

This does not get the press coverage it should. We tend to focus on physical appearance and forget about good nutrition’s role in your mental well-being.

The brain – the control center for the body – also needs to be well-fed to control emotions and responses to life’s daily assault. With work, school, family, and the random crisis, your feelings are constantly threatened, and proper mental health is more challenging than ever.

As KC discovered in his research, if your body does not have proper nutrition, you are missing the most significant factor in your overall health. The appropriate intake of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and healthy fats certainly does play a role in your mental health. In turn, your mental health is vital in your relationship with what you eat.

With that in mind, this is how your brain uses nutrients to function efficiently.

Carbohydrates

The glucose contained in carbohydrates are the preferred energy source for your brain. Carbohydrates can be found in foods like grains, starches, fruits, and vegetables. Eating carbohydrates releases insulin, which helps glucose enter your brain.

As insulin levels rise, the amino acid tryptophan can readily cross the blood-brain barrier. This affects neurotransmitters such as serotonin. These neurotransmitters are the body’s messengers used by nerves to “speak” to one another.

Fats

Around 35% of your brain and nervous system is polyunsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3 essential fatty acids or EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These acids play a huge role in brain development and brain tissue’s signal responses.

Protein

Protein’s amino acids and their importance can encompass an entire article. They provide the building blocks for neurotransmitters such as dopamine, histamine, and serotonin. Protein can be found in meat, poultry, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds, and dairy products.

Vitamins, minerals, and other supplements.

It has long been known that zinc, magnesium, copper, selenium, iron, and B vitamins such as B6, B12, and folate help perform the necessary functions within your brain.

Antioxidants such as vitamin C, E, and other components of plant-based foods such as flavanols, isoflavones, and resveratrol have all been linked to brain function. These are generally available in green leafy vegetables, orange-colored vegetables, and whole grains.

A deficiency in vitamin D has also been linked to poor brain function and depression.

Research shows that inflammation and oxidative stress increase if your diet is limited in these components and is high in saturated fats, trans fat, or excessive processed sugar. This stress changes the vascular function in the body. These changes have been linked to cognitive decline, depression, and anxiety.

It all works as a cycle.

A poor diet with low nutritional content can lead to depression and anxiety. Once in this depressive state or under the grips of anxiety, your eating habits tend to become less healthy. This furthers your malnutrition and keeps your mental health in an unbalanced state. One leads to another and feeds the other, and the cycle continues for many people.

Poor diet is all too common. KC knew this, and after witnessing the effects of proper nutrition on Monica, he vowed never to let it happen again.

But what to do?

He had been kicked out of his laboratory and could not find anything close to what she needed. KC would not let his beloved wife slip back down the slope of depression and anxiety.

He began working with top nutritionists. They combined organic freeze-dried foods like kale, broccoli, and spinach with essential vitamins, minerals, probiotics, prebiotics, fiber, and digestive enzymes.

This created a whole-meal smoothie powder.

His thinking was even if no one else purchased this high-quality product, he could create a lifetime supply for his family.

He started a company called Living Fuel; thus, KC’s first product was born. And as a result of his years of research and experimentation, he became a bestselling health author and sought-after speaker and teacher on the subjects of natural health and superfood nutrition.

SuperGreens

KC was selling this product in all 50 states in less than a year. He achieved this level of sales by word of mouth alone. It resonated with people looking to improve their nutrition and continues to resonate today.

SuperGreens continues to set itself apart from cheap imitations, created with only the finest quality and most potent bioavailable ingredients.

Most other meal replacements contain less than 30 vitamins and minerals. However, SuperGreens has more than 90 vitamins and minerals, including all 53 essential nutrients and all 30 “longevity vitamins” identified by nutrition scientist Dr. Bruce Ames.

This potent product is made with the highest standards in mind –

  • Dairy-free
  • Soy-free
  • Low calories
  • Nutrient-dense
  • Low glycemic
  • No artificial sweeteners

SuperGreens is designed around the concept of CRON (calorie restriction with optimal nutrition), which is the basis for all healthy diets and weight loss plans. It is formulated to boost your energy, vitality, and mental clarity. Naturally, it enhances your immune response and muscle and bone density, stimulates your metabolism, stabilizes your blood sugar, and reduces cravings.

There is no longer a need for dietary supplements. SuperGreens replaces them all and fights the four pillars of disease and aging.

  • Inflammation
  • Oxidation
  • Glycation
  • Angiogenesis

A serving of SuperGreens contains 30 grams of protein and 11 grams of fiber. It has only 2 grams of sugar, 12 grams of total net carbohydrates, and only 290 calories. This makes SuperGreens keto-friendly and ideal for those who curb sugars like diabetics.

This super-enhanced meal replacement smoothie has helped countless people. It continues to be a staple in so many lives that the rave reviews are non-stop and well-earned. Like this one from Kelsie Ahbe –

Giving life to the dream!

A few months ago, I added the Living Fuel products to my daily nutritional regimen and have seen great improvements in my energy levels. The SuperGreens and Aminos now take the place of my morning pot of coffee and they give me sustained energy throughout the day! I am so happy to have kicked my caffeine habit with the help of Living Fuel!

Energy is what it’s all about, mental and physical. The transformation can be remarkable with your brain properly nourished and your body getting what it needs.

Mary says it quite well –

I can tell you I feel great!

Hi, after watching The Truth About Cancer, I knew I had to change the way I was eating. After listening about Living Fuel I was compelled to get it. I absolutely love it. I took the 7-day challenge and although I have only been on this for a few weeks, I can tell you I feel great, with good energy. I finally feel like I’m getting good nutrition despite my crazy schedule. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. It’s scary out there with our food sources. This gives me peace. Your service is beyond. Thank you for caring and thank you for the years of research on this product. It has not been in vain. I tell everyone about it. I will be a regular user God bless you and the Living Fuel family to optimal health, Mary.

Not done yet.

With the near-instant success of SuperGreens, most would think KC and Monica would rest on their laurels and enjoy some downtime.

Not so.

KC is not one to relax and be happy with the status quo. He listened to his customers and offered various products and flavors. All with the idea of complete nutrition in mind. Complete and total care of the mind and body.

For those looking for a different flavor yet proper nutrition, consider this.

SuperBerry Original

This wonderful meal replacement smoothie has all the nutrients of the original SuperGreens, with a tangy berry flavor.

It’s not humanly possible to eat enough food in one sitting to match the nutritional content of Living Fuel products. Super-dense nutrition in powder form that mixes easily in water.

Complete nutrition by the glassful.

Instead of greens, SuperBerry Original has more than ½ cup of antioxidant-packed organic berries, including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries.

Each serving has 30 grams of plant protein, 10 grams of fiber, 5 grams of sugar, and 31 grams of carbohydrates.

And the reviews are just as fantastic, John R. Pudner said –

Fantastic product, combined with exercise helped me lose 40 pounds, feel more energetic all day, and more focused at work as well as falling to sleep easily every night. A must-have – and if you are prescribed multivitamins just use this instead and if you aren’t taking any vitamins this is the natural way to get them.

That’s what Living Fuel is all about – helping people take control of their lives. For over 20 years, this has helped guide and grow Living Fuel, transforming lives and giving hope to those that need it.

Monica and KC are still together and travel the world, spreading the message of proper nutrition and improved lives.

By taking charge of your body’s nutritional needs, you will feel a difference in your life. You will have the energy to take on the day and less worry and stress to ruin your day.

Make your change today, and live the best life you can.
