Align your mind, body, and spirit

Outside of traditional medicine lies a realm of healing and well-being that cannot be seen with the naked eye or the microscope.

Millions of people around the globe use practices nearly as old as mankind to help them live calmer, healthier lives. These principles and practices are considered “New Age” by modern medicine, and as mentioned, they are far from new.

Science is starting to realize the value of some of these practices and their many benefits to the body. Although the forces are unseen, the effects are credible and relevant in our hustle and bustle world.

Think about the visual and audio distractions most people submit to daily. Most of us are staring at a screen more than we need, worrying more than we should, and constantly having our emotions played upon by these outside forces.

We lay in bed at night and stare at tiny screens, hoping for one more dose of news, laughter, or outrage. Then our sleep is troubled and slow to arrive, and we wonder why.

Let’s look at three techniques that can calm your mind, soothe your emotions, and help you lead a more relaxed and fulfilling lifestyle.

The Ancient Practice of Yoga

If you do not practice yoga, you have undoubtedly seen groups of individuals holding impossible-looking poses. This well-known relaxation, flexibility, and strength discipline date back 5000 years, and some say could be closer to 10,000 years old. The odds are high that there is a yoga studio near you.

Yoga continues to gain popularity, and medical science has recognized many benefits from its practice.

The slow movements and deep breathing in yoga improve blood flow, and holding poses build strength. It is also recognized as providing excellent relief from chronic lower back pain.

Along with back pain relief, yoga has been proven to help with arthritis discomfort and relieve swollen and inflamed joints.

Your heart will also benefit from reduced stress levels, thus reducing inflammation throughout your body. Regular yoga practice can also lower your blood pressure and reduce excess weight, which is very positive for your heart’s health.

Getting more restful sleep is something everyone can use. A regular yoga routine can lead to you falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer.

On top of these benefits, yoga can improve your overall mood, feelings of well-being, and the management of day-to-day stress. All vital components for a healthy, happy life.

Meditation

Dating back thousands of years and used by all five of the world’s major religions and also practiced by the non-religious. The word meditation is derived from the Latin word to ponder. The main goal of meditation is to focus your thoughts and mental energy.

Taking on many different forms, meditation can also be used as a psychotherapeutic to calm and focus the mind. There are two main types of meditation, mindfulness and concentrative.

Mindfulness meditation – can be used to target specific issues, such as depression and stress reduction. Each session’s focus can differ depending on each session’s goal. It involves being aware of the present moment and making yourself open and accepting.

Concentrative meditation – involves tuning out everything around you while focusing all your attention on a specific thing. This can include your breath, a thought, or a mantra to reach a higher state of being.

Meditation changes your stream of consciousness, thus altering how you perceive and respond to the world around you. Research has shown that meditation can have physiological and psychological effects. The physiological effects can include lowered stress, changes in brainwave patterns, and reduced heart rate and respiration.

The psychological effects of a regular meditation routine can be profound. It can improve your emotional well-being, increase self-awareness and improve your memory and concentration. Meditation can lead to better stress management, more fulfilling sleep, and help a person manage anxiety disorders.

Who couldn’t use a reduction in stress and better concentration?

While researchers are not sure why meditation works, there is no doubt about the positive effects it can have on the body and the mind.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique of stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. The practice is based upon the belief that the body has an unseen “life force” that flows through us. If our life force is low, we are more likely to get sick and feel unwell. We tend to be happy and healthy if our life force is high.

The healing in Reiki comes from the “laying on hands” of a practitioner on the subject. This is believed to help guide and focus the energy of the practitioner and the subject.

Reiki treatment has been described as a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. It treats the whole person, including emotions, the physical body, the mind, and the spirit. There have also been reports of increased relaxation, feelings of peace, well-being, and security.

This practice is often used in conjunction with other medical and therapeutic techniques for all manner of ailments to aid in the reduction of side effects and the promotion of recovery. The treatment and practice of Reiki is not reliant on the use of one’s intellectual or emotional intelligence. Reiki can be received and  learned by anyone who is interested in self-improvement.

The proper ingredients are essential

Proper nutrition is vital to any self-improvement practice. These modalities are no different. With nutrition being the cornerstone to health and well-being, specific vitamins and minerals are needed to optimize your concentration, spirit, and life force.

One supplement stands out among others as specifically designed to help you attain maximum benefit from your practice of Yoga, Reiki, and meditation.

One of the world’s leading Reiki practitioners, William Lee Rand, developed this supplement. He designed this product to improve his Reiki sessions, enhance the natural subtle energy fields, and bolster the immune system.

William Lee Rand has spent decades studying with native healers and trained with five Reiki masters. While experiencing this, he realized that a nutritional formula specific for the activity one is involve in is necessesary to achieve optimal results. As an example, a long-distance runner needs a different set of nutrients than a weightlifter.

The same is valid for practitioners of Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Tai Chi, and other similar modalities. After extensive research and interviews with experts in nutrition, fitness, and holistic medicine, a formula was crafted with nutrients for improved mental function, strong bones and muscles, physical endurance, healthier skin, and an enhanced sense of well-being.

With your mental clarity, health, and well-being at the forefront, this supplement perfectly complements your self-improvement practice.

Start today and align your mental, physical and spiritual being for the best version of yourself.
