A 10 Week Weight Loss Challenge That Gives Participants the Chance to Change Their Lives and Win a Trip to NYC to #BeTheGirl and Meet Jennifer Lopez!
The revolutionary lifestyle brand for women, BodyLab by Jennifer Lopez, has just announced their nationwide #BeTheGirl Challenge encouraging women to be the girl of their dreams. In an effort to combat the rising rate of obesity in the United States, the challenge invites women across the nation to kick-start their health and fitness goals to become a happier, healthier and more confident version of themselves.
The program is built for success with the #BeTheGirl Challenge allowing participants to use the BodyLab fitness tracking tools in their free App, as well as a selection of BodyLab’s lifestyle supplements as a foundation to take this journey with Jennifer Lopez. Following the official kick-off, participants will commit to a 10-week program with Jennifer Lopez as their inspiration and motivator along with a team of experts. They will receive healthy and easy-to-make recipes, personalized fitness plans and expert nutritional advice from Jennifer Lopez and a team of hand-picked experts.
