The Coffeebrewer consist of pre-ground premium specialty coffee, using only traceable, single-origin specialty coffees from around the world. Each batch is hand-roasted in an artisan micro-roastery in Middlefart, Denmark. 

Each coffee is ensured to highlight its appetizing flavor profile. The Brew Company’s Coffeebrewers are filled with more coffee per pouch (20-22 g) than any other competitors, offering exceptional value.

Our coffee craft sources single-origin beans from well-known coffee-producing regions worldwide, choosing farms that practice sustainable growing methods.

The HONDURAS COFFEEBREWER

Featuring a crisp Honduran coffee, our Honduras Coffeebrewer is celebrated for its ideal flavor profile, medium body, and balanced acidity.

The coffee comes from Capucas, which is a cooperative founded in 1999 by Jose Rodriguez in the town of Las Capucas. This Honduran coffee is known for its well-rounded flavor, complete with a touch of acidity and a lingering sweetness that attracts coffee enthusiasts of all levels. 

Flavor Profile

The Honduran coffee grows at high altitudes, ranging from 1450 to 1600 meters above sea level. The coffee varieties consist of Catuai, Caturra, Icatu, Obata, and Parainema. These beans are processed using different methods, including washed, honey, and anaerobic honey processes.

The Honduras coffee is certified Fairtrade and organic, produced under ethical and environmentally friendly practices. The aim of the Capacus cooperative is to be CO2 neutral and plastic neutral, focusing on their commitment to reduce environmental impact.
